FRS are recruiting a Sales & Invoicing Administrator for a reputable group business based in Coventry who service the Construction industry. Ideally candidates will be experienced using Sage Line 50 (not essential) & happy to commit to fully office working.
Your role will be to provide support to your Line Manager as required and to work collaboratively with wider team to provide an excellent seamless service and to build on customer relationships and sales uplift where possible.
This Roll Will Include:
Working closely with the Technical and Commercial team to produce and prepare quotations for customers.
Managing a booking diary
Answering general telephone enquiries
Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
Filing and archiving both manually and electronically
Providing accounting administration support to the department for sales and purchase invoicing
Managing incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers including subcontractors and internal departments
Completing internal and external daily reports in Excel
With the use of weekly and monthly data providing clear and concise reports for the stakeholders
Daily invoicing
General administration duties
Ability to prioritise workload to meet all internal and external customer requirements/expectations
In return, my client can offer a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience!
