We are recruiting a part-time Bookkeeper for an established SME based in Brackley. You”ll have responsibility for managing the accounts function across the business in an all encompassing role & working closely with senior management.
This role will suit someone with current / previous experience of a similar position within an SME environment. The business have an “everyone chips in” mentality during times of staff holidays & absence etc – suitable candidates will be willing to chip in and help different departments when needed.
The business use Sage and experience of using this would be advantageous.
Duties will include
Input all bank transactions for GBP and Euro bank accounts
Overseeing both purchase & sales ledger
Journal posting
Annual budget preparation
Cash flow monitoring
Creditor reconciliations and journals
Raising Customer Invoices
Chasing late payments
The salary attached to this role is quite wide ranging as they are open to candidates with varying background & levels of experience. The salary attached is anywhere from £25-32k pro-rata down to 20-25 hours per week.
