We are currently assisting a small, friendly business to recruit for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager – hours of work can be flexible.
Duties to include:
PA responsibilties
Oficce administartion
Cover of reception
Process sales and purchase invoices
Credit control
Deal with supplier payments and statement reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Process expenses / credit card transactions
Assist Financial Accountant with month-end routines
Payroll, including RTI on a monthly basis
Completion of VAT Returns
Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders
Skills:
• Experience working for Small businesses
• Systems experience – Word, Excel, Sage, and Iris if possible
