FRS are recruiting a Bookkeeper for a well established SME based in the North Coventry / Nuneaton area.
Suitable candidates will have relevant experience within an SME environment, have used Xero & MS Excel previously plus have experience of working with an external accountancy firm at month end. This role will cover an array of transactional finance duties & report into the MD.
Duties Will Include:
Purchase and Sales Ledger
Data entry into Sage 50
Supporting with VAT queries
Raising, sharing & logging invoices with customers & suppliers
Resolving any queries raised from customers or suppliers
Processing Expenses, Rebates and Payments
Assisting the MD & external accountants with their month / year-end duties
Answering telephones/emails and dealing with queries
Chasing payments over the phone and via email
Processing CIS returns
Running a small weekly & monthly payroll
