Bookkeeper

FRS are recruiting a Bookkeeper for an established SME based in Wellingborough. The business do offer forms of hybrid / flexible working.

Suitable candidates will be experienced Accounts professionals who have worked within SME”s previously and covered the whole array of transactional finance duties & have worked with external Accountancy firms who produce the companies month-end accounts.

Duties will include
• Overseeing both purchase & sales ledger
• Journal posting
• Annual budget preparation
• Cash flow monitoring
• Creditor reconciliations and journals
• Raising Customer Invoices
• Chasing late payments
• Prepare and send VAT returns
• Assist with Payroll (Weekly and Monthly salaries) including pension matters
• Assist with Audit
• P11D, P60 etc. information
• Responsible directly to the MD
