Our client is a well-respected business operating within the construction and house building nationally.
As a result of promotion from within, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the business on a fulltime permanent basis.
This position will work closely with the finance and procurement manager and operate as the No 2 in finance.
Overview
•Responsible for ordering & raising purchase orders & purchase invoices,
•Processing Sales order & invoices on Sage & Customer platforms
•Posting journals & Balance sheet reconciliations
•Updating data onto our compliance software Vision
•Other reasonable request by the line manager.
Knowledge and Experience Required
•Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills.
•Clear written and verbal communication.
•Good level of Excel & Word skills
