FRS are recruiting an Office Administrator for a business based in Thurmaston (LE4).
This role is a full time permanent position & fully office based working 39 hours per week. You”ll be working in a pleasant working environment with colleagues full of character! Ideally, candidates will either be immediately available or at short notice & can start ASAP!
Duties will include:
• Point of contact for customers / suppliers
• Receptionist duties (answering calls / putting through to relevant departments etc)
• Sales order processing
• Supporting the sales team with producing quotes
• Payment processing – credit card payments
• Resolving sales and purchase ledger queries
• Logging, maintaining and filing invoices
• Liaising with suppliers
• MRP/Purchase ordering
• Handling incoming calls and emails – sales and accounts related enquiries
• Daily/Monthly reports to managers
• General Administration-based duties
